Application of Liquid Paint

Surface Treatment has the capability to apply virtually any liquid paint system, combined with the most suitable pre-treatment for your specific project. Liquid paint applications are usually applied in multiple layers. Depending on the required specification, we start with a primer as the base coat. This is followed—again depending on the specification—by an epoxy or polyurethane topcoat. These layers are often oven-cured or baked to achieve a durable and corrosion-resistant finish. 

Examples of applicable coatings: 

• Primers: wash primers, epoxy primers, and polyurethane primers. 

• Topcoats: various epoxy, polyurethane, and alkyd topcoats. 

• Special coatings: adhesive primers and Teflon coatings. 

We work strictly in accordance with drawings and specified requirements. With the right combination of pre-treatment, primer, and topcoat, we provide your project with long-lasting protection and a professional appearance.
