Bilatal anodizing creates a unique coating that is both UV-resistant and has low reflectivity—properties that are essential for the lithography industry. Aluminum products require surface treatment to prevent uncontrolled oxidation and particle contamination. Bilatal anodizing has been specifically developed to address these issues. We perform this specialized process exclusively on products for ASML.
