Chemical Nickel Plating

Chemical Nickel Plating

Chemical nickel plating, also known as electroless nickel plating, is a process in which products are coated with a nickel layer. After careful pre-treatment, the product is fully immersed in the nickel bath, after which the chemical reaction is automatically initiated. As this process is carried out without the use of an electrical current, it produces a uniform coating thickness, regardless of the geometry of the product being treated. The nickel process used by Surface Treatment is based on medium phosphorus, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Surface Treatment has the capability to nickel plate both aluminum and steel components.

If you have any questions about our chemical nickel plating process, we will be happy to advise you.
